According to E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos she has just recieved information confirming that Justin Hartley ( aka Green Arrow) will be returning to "Smallville" not just as a guest star but as a series regular. This is due to the fact that Hartley's CW Pilot Austin Golden Hour was not picked up as a series.
This news has me jumping off the walls. Also in Season 8 we will see more of Oliver's past. Oh, and if season 8 goes well for Hartley the CW might even consider a Green Arrow Series. Can't wait until next season.
